MATO Terms of Service (English)

1. Service

MATO is a service where companies delegate work to AI staff through their Telegram bot and a web console. These terms apply to the use of MATO and to the optional linking of a user's Google account for Calendar, Sheets, and Gmail features.

2. Accounts and linking

• Google linking starts only with the user's explicit request in chat and consent on Google's consent screen.
• Users may unlink at any time from Google account settings or by asking the bot.
• Company administrators manage their members' use of the service but cannot access members' Google data.

3. Acceptable use

• MATO is provided for work assistance. It may not be used for spam, unauthorized access to others' accounts, or unlawful content.
• Emails, documents, and sheets produced by AI staff are made at the user's request; reviewing them before sending or saving is the user's responsibility.

4. Data

Access, use, storage, and deletion of Google data follow the Privacy Policy. MATO complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Limitation of liability

MATO does not warrant the accuracy of AI-generated output. The service is provided "as is", and to the extent permitted by law MATO is not liable for indirect damages, nor for limitations caused by outages or policy changes of Google services.

6. Changes and termination

Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date. When a company's contract ends, its runtime and link records are deleted.
